These Terms govern access to the Osham Club website, membership pathways, private areas, and all services related to bespoke travel design, concierge support, and curated experiences.

2. Access to the Club
Osham Club operates under an invitation-only and selection-based model:
Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance.
Codes provided to accepted members grant access to private areas of the website.
We reserve the right to approve or decline membership inquiries at our sole discretion.
3. Services
Osham provides:
Bespoke travel itineraries
Concierge support
Private aviation, yacht and luxury accommodation arrangements (via partners)
Editorial and curated travel collections
Omakase and Atelier journeys
Third-party collaborations
All services are custom, subject to availability, and quoted individually.
4. Contracting and Payments
Quotes are provided on request.
A booking is confirmed only after written acceptance and payment according to the specified terms.
Prices may vary due to supplier changes, availability, or fluctuations (e.g., aviation or currency).
Clients are responsible for visas, travel documents, and compliance with local regulations.
5. Cancellations and Modifications
Specific cancellation and modification conditions will be provided with each proposal and may vary depending on the services and suppliers involved.
Certain reservations may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees. These conditions will always be communicated before confirmation.
Where mandatory consumer or package travel legislation applies, your statutory rights will remain unaffected.
6. Liability
Osham works with carefully selected independent hotels, airlines, guides, transportation providers, and other travel partners. Their services may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
Osham will not be responsible for events outside its reasonable control, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including those available under applicable consumer and package travel legislation.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have adequate travel insurance for their journey.
7. Intellectual Property
All content created by or for Osham Club, including its brand, design, original text, itineraries and proprietary materials, is owned by Osham Club or used under appropriate license.
No reproduction or distribution is permitted without written consent.
8. Member Conduct
Members must respect the privacy and confidentiality of the Club.
Misuse may result in immediate removal.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts determined by applicable law.
