Becoming a member

The club is intentionally limited. Membership is curated by Osham, ensuring that every member shares an appreciation for meaningful travel, exceptional experiences and our philosophy of travelling.

There is no open membership. We select and welcome new members personally, based on their profile, interests and alignment with the club.

Once welcomed, members gain access to the Osham world and to a level of service, access and personalization reserved exclusively for the club.

Marta Morón

Osham's Founder

Explorer, soul architect, seeker of the unseen. Marta is the visionary behind Osham — a traveler, seeker, and creator of experiences that transcend the ordinary. Guided by intuition and wonder, she weaves her journeys into rituals of meaning and transformation. A yoga teacher, mother of four, and student of ancient wisdom, she has shaped Osham as a sanctuary for modern explorers — where travel becomes art, and every moment, a discovery of self.

Gonzalo Gil Lavedra

Roads & Kingdoms — Host extraordinaire, trip creator, Fixer, Host and Writer.

Scout, fixer, poet who will travel for food. Gonzo lives in the rare realm of the undefinable — part fearless adventurer, part wayward philosopher, always a rebel. You might find him drinking wine in the high Caucasus, crossing the Amazon by boat, eating in a back-alley dive in Bangkok, or debating a three-Michelin-star chef in Abruzzo. Travel, to him, is a kind of beautiful undoing — the slow erosion of certainty, the shedding of the predictable until only curiosity remains. You leave to lose yourself a little, and if you’re lucky, you find yourself changed on the way back.

Álvaro Fernández

Brand & Experience Director

Brand architect, experience designer, traveler who follows the table. Álvaro leads the brand and experiential direction of the club, shaping how the Osham is expressed visually and digitally across every touchpoint. Deeply drawn to hospitality and gastronomy, he believes that some of the most authentic moments of a journey happen around a table. A memorable hot pot in a small local restaurant in Hong Kong — shared with someone who truly knew the city — remains one of those experiences that capture the spirit of travel. For him, the best journeys are defined not only by where you go, but by the atmosphere, the people, and the stories that unfold along the way.

Lidia Neira

Human Insight & Journeys Director

Singer in a choir and motorcycle rider, Lidia moves comfortably between quiet attention and restless curiosity — two forces that shape how she experiences travel and the people she meets along the way. She has spent nearly two decades in luxury hospitality and the travel industry — including twelve years inside one of Spain’s leading travel companies — gaining an insider’s understanding of how journeys take shape through the right people, places and partnerships. Later, working in strategic communications and reputation — together with her long-standing interest in human behaviour — sharpened her ability to understand what truly resonates with people and turn that insight into journeys that feel authentic and meaningful. At Osham, she brings together this human insight and industry perspective to create journeys that feel personal, thoughtful and deeply connected to the people who live them.
